Private Lesson Studio Policies

 My rates will not increase through the 2023-24 school year. To be clear about my lesson make-up and billing policy:

• If for any reason I am unable to make our scheduled time, I guarantee I will provide ample notice when possible and make up that lesson at a mutually agreeable time.

• It is expected that we will meet for a lesson each week (or as scheduled). If for any reason you need to reschedule one or more lessons, I will work with you to find a make-up time. I ask that you please give me at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule, except in the event of an emergency.

• In the event that weather or mild illness makes meeting in person impossible, it is expected that we will have our scheduled lesson remotely (via Jitsi or Zoom) at the regular time.

• Should it prove impossible to fit a make-up lesson in a given week, we can add time to one or more subsequent lessons as needed to make up the time.

• During school vacations, lessons may be skipped or scheduled on a week-to-week basis with advance notice.

• I will invoice for the month’s lessons at the beginning of the month. Should we need to add or subtract lessons, I will refund or re-invoice accordingly.
